One of my favourite content curation tools is Paper.li, which I use to gather and share relevant news about communications, social media, storytelling, curation and more. Each day I publish a few papers with Paper.li, and I thought I would share one of them with you today. The Savvy Communicators’ Daily takes tweets (with links) from sources I trust and packages them in a format that’s easy to read and share.
I think that these curated “papers” work best when they are actively curated. That’s why I delete and move content around before actively sharing it each morning (although subscribers in different time zones may see the paper before I’ve had a chance to do my edits). I’ve been in contact with the good people behind Paper.li, because I am hoping they will add a feature that will allow a curator to “lock down” an issue after editing. It seems to me that the content in each daily edition may change during the day. I would prefer to have a final say in the content. (By the way, I’ve made a video about how to use Paper.li. It’s slightly out of date since the service has improved since I recorded this, but you might still find it useful.)
Take a look at today’s edition and let me know what you think! If you are reading this via email, you may have to click here to see it.
