Podcamp Toronto is just over a week away: February 24 and 25 at the Rogers Communications Centre at Ryerson University in downtown Toronto.

You’ll find sessions on getting started in podcasting; making money from your podcast; video podcasts; community-building; audio techniques; and much more. I’m delighted to be on a panel called “Should Your Company Be Podcasting?” on Sunday morning with the silver-tongued PR expert and blogger Michael O’Connor Clarke of Thornley Fallis; prolific blogger and king of podcast parody Luke Armour; and the brilliant PR exec and soon-to-be-bestselling author Terry Fallis of Thornley Fallis and the Inside PR podcast. Our moderator is none other than the rock star of Canadian digital marketing, Mitch Joel of Twist Image. What could be better than that, I ask you?

I hope to see you at Podcamp.

:::::UPDATE: See, it can get even better! Michael Seaton of Scotiabank is joining us on the panel. He’s the perfect guy to represent the client side, since he blogs and podcasts under that moniker, and also runs the Scotiabank Money Clip podcast.

  1. Mitch, you are very kind to suggest that I could present such a session. However, if I add one more thing to my plate right now, I will have to give up, oh, I don’t know, maybe sleep?

Good idea for NEXT year! See you soon.
