I was talking to a client today who’s having trouble disseminating information to staffers, particularly some of the 20-somethings who don’t like to read. I asked if most of those people had earbuds sprouting from their heads. Yes, they do. So, I suggested creating some podcasts (OK, just downloadable audio for starters). Looks like it’s a “go” for a small pilot project. I should mention that I’ve been gently mentioning the power of audio to this organization for a while, and sending them articles – written by me and others – on podcasting.
Yes, they’re getting it.
